Resilience can be defined as “an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change”.
These days, a normal everyday life is full of “change” and not without its share of the unexpected which is sometimes seen as “misfortune”.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could become more resilient in life and bounce back with greater ease and less anxiety? I believe we can and that yoga therapy and a mind-body approach can be a great help in training us.
