Finding Equanimity in Uncertain Times

This past weekend fit was great to stay at home while the snowstorm passed and spend some time writing.

My thoughts turned to the reality we are currently facing in our world.  Here we are two years into a pandemic and still living with uncertainty, and now witnessing devastation and loss of life in Ukraine. Prices are soaring and our personal budget certainly isn’t getting any easier to manage.

But bottom line, I’m OK and grateful and hope you are also.  I’m personally much better off than the folks in Ukraine fleeing for their lives.   And I’m grateful for the practices I’ve established.  It makes it easier each day to face what’s happening and not sink into depression or anger.  I thought I’d write some more about and share some of my practices with you.
