Workshop: Yoga Therapy Demo with Michael Lee

Michael Lee is an author and internationally-acclaimed educator, yoga therapist and founder of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy joining Yoga United Education for this online event.
If you are curious about yoga therapy and you’ve heard about Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, come and observe a 1 hr x 1-2-1 session in real time. There will be time to ask questions and talk to the yoga therapist following the demonstration.
This inspirational workshop is open to anyone who is interested in therapeutic yoga practices for their own personal development and self-care, to help cope with difficulties in life and relationships, wanting to receive yoga therapy or train to become a yoga therapist.
