Living Your Dharma: The Phoenix Rising Method – Mindful Yoga, Meditation, and Life Contemplation with Michael Lee

In this class, you will learn how to listen to your body to bring more wisdom, clarity, tranquility, and contentment to your life. The class will conclude with a short theme-based dharma talk and guidance to apply the theme in the following week.
- Class Level: all levels
- Ease/Intensity: Gentle – mostly slow sustained movements, slightly vigorous warm-up. Adaptions, where needed, are encouraged
- Props: recommended – something comfortable to sit on for meditation, enough space to be able to swing your arms, and a light blanket to cover up, and a strap, belt, or tie.
