Description
In this course students will learn how to facilitate yoga therapy sessions for couples with a focus upon enhanced relationships. They will learn how to apply the skills essential to effective human to human connection through presence, attunement, communication, embodied awareness, and connection to inner wisdom and compassion. They will also learn how to effectively guide a safe, effective, couples yoga experience with appropriate choice of asana, pranayama, and inner focus to support deeper levels of awareness, attunement and insight.

Format: Online Live Webinar Series with Mentored Practicum. 5 webinars over 3 months. All of our online webinar courses are conducted in real time with live faculty-student interaction. Attendance during the live webinar, as scheduled, is required.

Prerequisites: Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Level 3
