Description
In this course students will learn a dynamic process for life change sourced from psychology, neuroscience, yoga philosophy, and the dharma underlying mindfulness. They will learn how to effectively apply yoga therapy tools and process to support clients in awareness that will help them change and apply what they learn to their particular life situation. The course combines instructional live webinars, group discussion, practicum, mentoring, session feedback, video feedback, professional reading, as well as how to apply this approach to yoga therapy to various population groups for personal growth with specific learning goals.

Format: Online Live Webinar Series with Mentored Practicum. 13 webinars over 5 months. All of our online webinar courses are conducted in real time with live faculty-student interaction. Attendance during the live webinar, as scheduled, is required.

Prerequisites: Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Level 3 and PRYT Module A: Dual Process (or a YTT 200 Certification)
Application: A brief questionnaire (link provided upon registration) and personal interview with Michael is required prior to final acceptance into the course.
