Most of us have been taught to look outside ourselves for answers.
But there’s a quieter place that already knows.
Not loud.
Not urgent.
Not reactive.
It lives underneath the noise.
In my work—and throughout my book Turn Stress Into Bliss—I come back to this idea of coming home to your own knowing.
Not by thinking harder… but by feeling more clearly.
The mind tends to rush.
The body tells the truth.
But only if we slow down enough to listen.
Here’s a simple way to begin:
Pause.
Take one slow breath.
Bring your attention into your body—
your chest, your belly, wherever you feel something.
Don’t try to change it.
Just notice.
Then gently ask:
What is true for me right now?
Not what you should do.
Not what makes sense.
Just… what feels quietly true.
And then wait.
Even a few seconds is enough.
That’s often where your next step lives.
If you want to explore this more deeply, I share this approach throughout my book:

But for today – just try the pause.
You may already know more than you think.
